Other Niche Communities Curation Report #1331

OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1331st compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

The Berlin Holocaust Memorial - Great Symbolism or Failed Design?

In the center of Berlin, right about half way between the Potsdam Square and the Brandenburg Gate stands an unusual site: It is composed of a large number of rectangular concrete blocks, arranged in evenly spaced rows, with just about enough space for a person to walk through between them. This is the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe or simply known as the Holocaust Memorial, which I've got to visit for the first time recently, thanks to my wife and niece visiting me from Mexico. Up to this day I'm not sure what to think about this memorial.

No good deed goes unpunished?

I heard that saying time and again from my mom. She loved collecting sayings and injecting them into life as little tidbits of trial and error, teaching me of the world in her own way I suppose. I didn't understand half of them when I was small as she never took the time to explain them to me.

Perhaps she knew somewhere later down the road they'd make sense, that my own failures, successes and everything in between the two sides of that pendulum swing would explain them on their own. She wasn't wrong and it's a good thing she used them frequently as if she had to drill them into my memory like a sergeant shaping up a soldier for the battlefield.

Weekends Are For Things That Are Fun!

I suppose not, but it is when you're dragged off to work to work but end up standing around the whole day giving tools to Bossman. Although it's not something I prefer doing but getting paid to do nothing but watch and stand around, that sounds like something juicy hey!

Remember September: The day I bought my Laptop.

It was pandemic days and we still have online classes at our university. Before I bought my laptop, I only used the tablet that the local government gave to my son who is also studying in elementary school. Those times were very difficult because I didn't know how to manage all the gadgets we had at home. But thanks to God, and thanks also to the platforms and the people who helped me so that I could buy the basic requirement to pass college my life.

The impact of minimalism on selecting my cleaning products.

I recently went through a phase of searching for the perfect cleaning products that would meet all my criteria: effective, affordable, durable, and with ingredients that wouldn't irritate my skin. I had been using Morning Fresh dish wash, which generally did a great job and came in a variety of sizes. I preferred the 1000ml bottle, as it lasted longer and was cost-effective at just #1400(1.80 USD). Its fragrance is mild and perfect.

La Mujer del Espejo [esp - eng]

She was a woman with hair full of white brushstrokes, green eyes. Her gaze reflected sadness and loneliness.

She had been living alone for years. Her husband had died, and her children had gone to live in other countries. She had stayed at home, surrounded by memories.

I Over Worked In My Farm Today, weeding, Sowing Cassava & Harvesting Few Fruits

Again i did it to the best of my ability when I visited my farm today! There are numerous work all over the farm ever since I've break for the couples of days now when work in school arouse. I needed to speedy up things so that things wouldn't get worse. To get ample time to work thoroughly, I arrived in the farm early dawn around 5:am. I couldn't get my breakfast ready before coming, but that wouldn't be a problem for me at all. It isn't good practice to starve or work with empty stomach but I don't often eat early even when I'm in the house.

Unboxing my new iPhone 13 and my week-long experience (ENG-ESP)

Nowadays our smartphone is an extension of ourselves that makes our lives more comfortable as it is the means that allows us to communicate with our loved ones no matter how far away they are, it allows us to work from the device avoiding unnecessary travel or it is our map when we visit an unknown city.

My friend koognny is in the sweet expectation of a princess, which has been very desired and expected by us and especially by her parents who always dreamed of having a girl, since they have a boy who is already 12 years old, yes 12 years later was that they were encouraged to look for the girl and by the work of God was fulfilled and they are close to meet them.

Iniciativa: "Los cuidados que necesitamos y queremos"

There is a big question and it is the following: What are the cares we need and the cares we want? everyone has their own opinion we are always in search of wellness, each head is a world and what for me may be good for you maybe not for you, this is my opinion about it:

From my point of view people need to be healthy physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, because in my opinion we maintain that harmony that we need, especially the family and I write to you a father and grandfather. Generally as parents we are pillars of the family and we do our best to maintain the balance, that all maintain good family relationships.
