One thing is to end a relationship amicably and with the least possible emotional cost and another thing is to end it to remain "friends" because where there was fire ashes remain (well so they say). But we should not deceive ourselves thinking more for the other than for oneself. Because if the relationship is ending it is for a reason and not because we now decide to see each other as "friends".

Filling Ingredients: 2 parsnips, medium, cleaned, peeled, and chopped (about 200g pulp) 30g roasted walnuts/pecan nuts 4 spring onions, cleaned, chopped (separate the white and green parts) 3 cloves of garlic, minced/grated, (one cloves extra if you make coriander sauce) 1/4 tsp sea salt White pepper and nutmeg to taste Red and green chilli to taste, optional 1 bunch of coriander leaves, chopped (if you want to make coriander sauce)

The amount of support money was reduced from the amount we applied for, and while it will be difficult to grow on a large scale at the market hall, it will be test growing on a small scale and developing a kit that will make it easier to grow sprouts in an environment friendly way.Sprouts are plants in the early stages when seeds begin to germinate, and are considered nutritious and healthy, rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants. I grow sprouts myself because they taste good, have nice colors and appearance, and I want to include them in my diet.
But for some reason, I am not always able to grow them and make great use of them. I would like to design a good interface by carefully observing human behavior to find out what the hurdles are and how to make it easier for people to enjoy growing sprouts at home.
To investigate existing kits, I bought a kit that I often see in organic stores. It is a three-tiered system, with sprouts growing in the top two tiers where the water falls down. I sowed watercress and broccolini seeds.

Last Wednesday I made a musical walk through time. Today I bring it to this community as a contribution to the Tattoodjay initiative.With my husband and daughter we went to enjoy a concert. It was held at 11 am at the Oratorio San Felipe Neri, in Old Havana. Strange day and time for this kind of events, but it was the Graduation Concert of the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA) of the daughter of a friend of ours, in the specialty of Piano.

To be exact, last December 15th, 2023, a Street Workout event was held at the "Parque Los Aviadores" shopping centre, for that day Mila and I decided to attend the event, as some of our friends who came from other states were participating in the event.So it was an opportunity to greet them, share some time with them and enjoy the event.
That day Mila and I headed to the mall from my house, as my house is only a few minutes away from the mall.
When we arrived at the mall, we started taking pictures, we took some selfies right at the entrance, since it was the Christmas season they had put up a very nice Christmas themed entrance, because of the angle at which I took the selfies you can't see the decorations, but in the background you can see some stars. ⭐

But even then, a man is not condemned to spend his time between his four walls - unless he is in prison, so four dark walls are all he has in his life, four walls and one small window looking at the sky... I'm not in prison. But due to the lack of time, due to business obligations, I don't get to go on a trip, so I only have one left... I can take part of my time to walk as a free man, even though I have not traveled anywhere. And the walk on wednesday is an ideal opportunity to share my walk with you.

Some of those leaves may seem familiar to us but it is not what you think, it is castor bean or ricino, in Spanish, ("ricinus comunis", according to the PlantNet app), but its shape and large size are curious and it is seen that in areas near the sea it is normal to find a profusion of said giant castor bean bushes, even if we get closer we see some little balls, I imagine that is where the famous oil is extracted from.

When I was a little girl I used to say that when I grew up I would have a huge and colorful house, full of furniture and so on. However, today I think very, very differently, every day the same idea crosses my mind and from my point of view a small house is my "less is more". For 3 years we lived in a small house with one bedroom, one bathroom and a small living and dining room, perfect for my husband and me.

As I always say origami is fascinating, because it only requires a little bit of paper, but a curious heart and energetic hands to fold. The process was very simple, this is a very beautiful figure and one that children would certainly enjoy. But at the same time it has a lot of character, it is not completely flat, it has enough volume to make the character look interesting.

Moving down to the village lido, a chap was feeding the birds. There is a young cygnet down here that is old enough to fend for itself. It can fly but only short distances at the moment. It's the only surviving one from last year's brood. Daddy Swan wants it gone, so it was chasing it off the lido. The chap was making sure it got enough food. I think he's visiting most days at the moment.
