OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1696th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Today is a holiday for everyone, but with the work, there's less time to relax. Amidst all the work, I decided to prepare a delicious crispy jackfruit fritter for you. These days, jackfruit is a bit scarce, but we had a ripe one at home. So, I thought of using the jackfruit seeds to prepare a new recipe. This can be made easily with minimal ingredients, and jackfruit is very nutritious.

Amaia Montero is a Spanish singer-songwriter born on August 26, 1976, within her musical genres we can find pop, ballads, and rock, all have always been able to identify her peculiar voice timbre. Her first performances in which she began to be recognized was as a member of the musical group La Oreja de Van Gogh in December 1996, where she was active until November 19, 2007, where she began her solo career.
In the course of her career she has sung in several languages, such as Spanish, Catalan, French, English and Italian, in which she was active until 2020, having to retire due to health problems, throughout her artistic career she collaborated with artists such as Leire Martinez, Alex Ubago, Alejandro Fernandez, Eros Ramazzotti, Rosana among many others from where many musical hits came out, becoming one of the most important artists of the last decades in Spain.

I like this song very much, as it has many nuances reflected, as it speaks of feelings of deep love, the desire and longing to be close to the loved one, the longing for freedom when there are painful loves and alludes to personal recognition and serenity and tranquility, in short this song became a hymn to unconditional love and emotional freedom. Micro Balcony Garden Journal 2024 - Jul 21 / マイクロバルコニーの記録

While watering, I looked around the plants and found strawberries. This year, they didn't produce many fruits in early spring, and I thought they were taking a break since they did so well last year, but in the past few weeks, some plants have started to bear fruits. I didn't notice it at first because they were popping out from my balcony 😅 I think it was one of the plants I planted last year with a mix of different types that starts producing fruit late in the summer.

(ESP-ENG) Hablemos de los Emmy 2024!

Next September 15 will take place the delivery of these prestigious awards that recognize the great work that has been done at series level. This past week the nominees came to light where we basically saw things that we expected or were very clear that they would happen, such as the 25 nominations for Shogun or the 23 for The Bear. There are some interesting awards such as the series Mr. & Mrs. Smith which is one of the best I've seen this year (if you haven't seen it I recommend you do so) and clearly Fallout which has also given a lot to talk about because of its immense quality.

hello Vegan friends in this community. Are you still consistent with vegan food and starting your healthy life gradually? I used to think that enjoying Veganism would be torturous and wouldn't be delicious at all, like a goat that eats grass and can't enjoy life, but it turns out I was wrong, the more days I studied and practiced it, it turned out that more and more delicious recipes were created by themselves and my body also became better. It's easy to make, especially for me who doesn't do enough exercise so diet is something that plays a very important role in my daily life.

Beet is a very beneficial tuber, it is rich in iron and vitamin C, contains antioxidants that promote cardiovascular and brain health, among many many other benefits, even so, beet juice is not my favorite when it comes to flavor, I said it once and this time I reiterate it.
That's why, in order not to remove it from my diet, I combine it with ingredients that invite me to enjoy it while I consume it. This is the first time I try the combination that I am going to share with you, and I am sure it will not be the last, this juice was delicious.

One to Play; One for fun!

I'd like to start by debunking the previous quote. There isn't a thing as an easy-to-play musical instrument. They all have their own learning curve and tricks to discover or learn from others. It is a blast to do it even with the toughest ones. I have also seen people screw up playing a triangle off beat.
During my short life, I've learned to play musical instruments. Some of them, I have played for covers for the Hive Open Mic, Vibes, Hive Music Festival and others. There's no one I play better nowadays than the Venezuelan Cuatro. It is also the instrument I make more often. It's a guitar-like chordophone. It has four strings (hence the name, Cuatro, four in Spanish). And it's the usually a common feature of traditional Venezuelan Music. There are, of course, some exceptions for this.
