I love the horror genre although what they currently offer in the film industry leaves much to be desired, at least that's what I think, however there are some series that have really caught my attention in a positive way, series that managed to make me in one way or another gave me chills or at least left me thinking of thousands of possibilities to escape in case the same thing happened to me as the protagonists, remember that there are different types of terror, but the most common are the paranormal terror and psychological terror. If one day life gets a little sad and discouraging, something that I personally like is total tranquility and time alone for introspection, but without a doubt there are foods and desserts that help me to lift my spirits on those days that are not so full of color, my family is undoubtedly a cultural and culinary combination since my father is from Venezuela and my mother from Ecuador and although I was born and lived until my adult life in Venezuela, having Ecuadorian roots I must admit that my favorite food is ceviche, since I can remember, I enjoy this dish, accompanied by its tostones or chifles as they say here and of course accompanied by a tasty Coca cola very cold and if it is about dessert an ice cream always comforts the soul especially if it is chocolate, I love to be able in those moments of dark shades to enjoy these delights, even so, I am aware that staying in those not very positive feelings for many times is not healthy mentally, so I do not use food as a refuge but as an act of pampering myself, give me courage and move forward, because even if life gets uphill without the disficulties we could learn ? Everything has a reason for being in the life of each one and there is nothing that happens by chance and if a little positive situation something is very constant we should ask ourselves what should I learn? Because yes! This time I want to share with you a recipe for a chocolate cake filled with sweet milk that has the main characteristic of not having eggs.Most of the time I make cake recipes I modify them according to the ingredients I have and also to vary and try new combinations of flavors. This time I present a variation of a cake without eggs that is very simple to make and for its decoration I used Alile chocolates @chocolatesalile that in addition to being cute are super delicious. On this Fungi Friday, I want to share my interesting findings while hunting for mushrooms in the forest. In the middle of the journey, when I was feeling itchy legs from mosquito bites, I accidentally discovered something extraordinary under my feet—a beautiful little mushroom. This mushroom was almost stepped on, because it is so small and grows on damp leaves and rotten wooden twigs.The mushroom I found was a type of Marasmius, with a very beautiful reddish purple color. The uniqueness of this mushroom lies in its small size, but it has a very interesting calyx shape. I was so fascinated by the colors and structure that they stood out when I took close-up photos against the black background. The bright color of the mushroom makes it stand out among the dark surroundings.

Some days are best to leave behind us. This was the case for me this past Wenesday. So let me take you through it. The day started off very early for me.My son's car got dropped off at a mechanic last Friday so I had to give him a ride. He had basketball practice at 6:00 a.m. which meant I had to get him up 5:00 in turn I had to get up at 4:30. Normally no big deal but it was tougher because I was fasting for blood work later on. So no breakfast and no wake me up coffee was had 😞

Well garnished Albacca (cassava flakes dish) has always been my number choice when it comes to local delicacies, not just me but my husband's as well,You couldn't imagine the joy on his face when I told him that I was going to prepare Albacca,
He asked that I prepare it at night, as he was going to work and wouldn't enjoy it in the morning but I was craving for the dish in that morning and couldn't wait anymore .

It is still gloomy and still raining from time to time here in our place. It's really good to just relax in this cold atmosphere and of course, pray for the typhoon to stop and for everyone's safety.Well yesterday, I was able to relax a bit from my cooking routine because my daughter @tegoshei volunteered to cook for our viand or dish. She made and cooked “Chicken Patty with Veggies yesterday.
Well, she asked me to make the batter for the patty. That was my only task in yesterday's cooking activity, but we had so much fun doing it while listening to some songs on Spotify. Here is my daughter's chicken patty.
