In a large Paila, add oil and when it is very hot, add the chicken seasoned to taste, let it cook for about 5 minutes until it seals, then gradually add the other ingredients starting with the carrot 🥕, and cook for about 3 minutes, then add the cabbage 🥦, onion 🧅 and paprika, mix well and finally the chives, let it cook for 3 minutes, and check the salt.

I was getting ready to record the “Vibes Competition” experience, and it was still very early, although it was already after 7 in the morning and the sun was starting to get very hot; there were also some very beautiful and opportune clouds. These clouds dimmed the natural lights in the room (because there was no electric light at that time) creating a slightly grey atmosphere that I really liked; I emphasized the shadows just a little bit when I was editing the video.

Hi Guys! you are welcome once again to this beautiful weekly musical celebration. I am super glad to be back here once again, and I hope that the almighty God may grant you all your good heart desires. The theme for this week is "The Color of the Soul". this week invites us to look inward and explore the essence of who we are, especially as the year draws to a close. As we reflect on our journeys, it's hard not to think about how much our souls have transformed. Every experience, every challenge, every moment of joy or pain leaves its mark, changing the color of our soul in subtle ways.

I am a firm believer that it's always hard work and preparation that plays the larger part of one's success. Of course, luck is always a random factor and cannot be ruled out. Putting these two thoughts together, my personal view is 90% hard work and 10% luck. Some of us look at successful people and sometimes brush off their achievements by saying things like "they were just lucky", but the reality is often far from this. In this world, many people put in hard work to achieve the personal goals and ambitions, and just because they don't announce to the whole world, it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Jhibaro Rodriguez is a character, of that there is no doubt, because this musician that you see in the photos is a graduate of the Dramatic University of Vienna and participated in the most important guitar events in Europe, while he rubbed shoulders with the best guitarists of his time, in short, he has a long career, of which, very few people know, since he does not boast about it.

But there are other aspects to consider. If we think about our name we can also come to the conclusion of the inevitability of the "Other". Why would we have a name if not to be called by someone...?Without the possibility of being called by that other, our name would be meaningless. It is in that pronouncing of others that we become fully aware of our existence, of our identity.
The same happens with our feelings. Let us think of something as powerful and sublime as love. It is in the "Other" and with the "Other" that our love becomes a powerful force capable of achieving the greatest realizations.

November 2023, a day or two after my birthday, (I was born on the 28th of November 32 years ago...) I decided to go for a walk. It was an extremely hot afternoon, and if I emphasise this, it is because I come from a tropical country where heat is the norm and not the exception... Everything was calm and normal. The sun was bright, intense, golden, people were going about their business in the street, and nothing really remarkable was happening. Nothing, until I witnessed someone being kidnapped....I'll relate how it all happened from my perspective... Between 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon on that ordinary day, I was walking up a moderately steep slope because at that time it was a lot of cardio on weekdays. Before I got to the top of that urban hill, I decided to drink a smoothie that I had bought a couple of blocks earlier. Normally I don't like to carry anything with me when I walk. Not even headphones or anything.

What is my soul's true color? Specifically, does our soul have any color, now that I think about it? The answer is no, but I believe that every soul has a color that he either discloses or wants; color draws the eye or makes something visible. I want to use my beloved Nigeria as an example. If you insult someone and they have been putting up with you without showing you who they really are, over time, if you keep hurting them, they will say something like, "Don't let me show you my true color."
