It's Christmas season already and a lot of people have been travelling from one place to another to visit their loved ones. Because of this a lot of people are no longer in the area anymore which has led to scanty people around the vicinity. I was coming back from class this evening because I had continuous assessment test and I will be working on my project site tomorrow, so I am still in the school vicinity and not going for Christmas celebrations at the moment. I decided to do a video of the walk I took from the main gate of the university till I get to my house.

Woke up this morning feeling thirsty and uncomfortable. Hot water runs out of flux at night though. We've had a lot of winter here. It was very cold at night so I didn't want to heat the water anymore. So, feeling thirsty in the morning, I thought how about making an orange and lemon mojito.Since I had oranges and lemons in the fridge to make a mojito, and the rest of the ingredients, I am more interested in making it. Since I have had this drink many times, I am trying to make it again and it will quench my thirst as well as the discomfort.I make it when I feel uncomfortable. Also, if you drink this drink in the morning, you will have more energy in the morning. We all know that oranges and lemons contain vitamin C. So it will also be useful as a medicine for cold related problems this winter. Because this drink increases immunity in cold related problems.

Today I am pleased to share one of the songs that accompanied me this year, especially in the last few months. The message of the song reached my bones, the melodies have made me feel better many times. In times where words are missiles and irreversible actions are nuclear explosions, Nico invites us to simply think things through before speaking or acting, to think carefully about the things we want to change or the silences we can keep, silences that say more than a thousand hurtful words; the author goes on to say that everything can be fixed by respecting the rules of free will. What does that mean? I leave it to your thinking, from my perspective this reminds me a lot of the verse: all things are lawful for me, but not all things are good for me.

For my final jam, I had to give it my best Gary Moore impression :) and yes, this is my final jam in this location - I have now moved and am setting down my roots elsewhere! I will be back with more jams, and music real soon. For now, I sure hope you all enjoy listening to this solo as much as I enjoyed playing it. Nothing quite like it for me :) Everyone - thank you for an awesome year of connections, jams, videos, comments, love, and everything else - you all ROCK! I have loved it in this 'studio' of mine. It was so cool moving into this place and having a space for my music. I wrote my next album 'TIME 2 RISE' here - and I shall do just that; rise!

A few months ago I was in a weight loss challenge in which we were given a list of foods that we could eat and another of what we could not eat, this challenge lasted only three weeks, and the truth is that although I did not lose so much weight, it did help me to have a little healthier eating.Generally the way we grew up where I live, was that food should always be accompanied by carbohydrates such as rice and pasta, but although I always ate them, it's not that I loved them, I think mainly because after eating them I felt a little heavy, especially pasta.
As much as I tried I could not find a way to substitute these foods for other things, sometimes I tried with potatoes or cassava, but not always the price of these vegetables was better than buying a kilo of rice or pasta. Because they usually yield much more, and this is quite useful when you cook for several people.

I once read that the only constant thing was change, and yes it is, time does not forgive anything or anyone, so knowing how to invest in valuable things I think is one of the most important things in life, because time is the only resource that we can not recover.This year I can say that it was a year of great advances, achievements, battles overcome and amazing discoveries, many good things happened to me and I thank God for it, next year I think it will be one of the most important not only for me, but for Venezuela and the whole world, it will be very interesting to see what will happen both in the interior of the country and what will happen internationally.

Once upon a time there was a six-foot-tall mechanical Santa Claus, built decades ago as part of a Christmas show that took place in the city. But very strange things happened and they decided to discontinue the Santa Claus indefinitely.Eventually they also had to suspend the event, because what attracted people was, precisely, the mechanical Santa Claus. His large size and friendly appearance pleased adults and children, for whom it was inevitable to feel strangely captivated by the doll.
Every time he appeared on the scene, no one could stop watching him, it was hypnotic.
