OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 1919th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Hello Hiveans! Good day everyone. I hope that you are all doing well even with how crazy things are everywhere. Natural and man-made calamities are dominating the headlines, while wars and poverty ravage the vulnerable. Positive and uplifting content show up less on my feeds these days and cute dogs and cat videos only work once every so often to cheer me up. This is the reason why I go on-chain every day; because there is always good news. And even during the bear market lows we got to read good, quality content and see updates from our online friends. Now that the price is doing better and new games and projects are coming out, greater optimism abounds in our small corner of the web.

Aside from my day job, there were a lot of stuff that kept me very occupied. I started on a new Hive game called Crownrend, wrote posts in a new community called Eating Out, and still managed to write every single day on Hive. I am not sure if people noticed, I usually take random breaks from posting, not so much because I have nothing to write, but I do need to manage my time and energy and get rest too. I did a check and I realised I have written for 20 days in a row (this being 21st). Wow. Maybe that's why I feel so exhausted.

This reminded me of when I lost my father when I was eleven years old, I was still too young to understand why he was gone, and it hurt me to the point of depression, I had my mother, but she never knew how to explain this to me and neither did this fear cross my mind at that age, when I reached adolescence I began to feel the fear of losing my mother, since I was getting old, they had me at a very advanced age and my fear was justified, I had to say goodbye to my mother because cancer had reached her at 67 years old, it was painful and even though I was an adult, I could never prepare myself to let her go, her absence left a void in my life even bigger than losing my father, this is why when I looked at Alissandra after hearing her say those words, I promised myself that I would do everything possible to help her understand that life is a cycle.
