Other Niche Communities Curation Report #1928

OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1928th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Hive Open Mic Week #250 - ROMAN PICISAN - By DEWA 19 (Cover)

Pleasure to see you all again the very great musicians who still share your music from many world or language on @openmic community. We are already on the week of #250 with the theme given LONG NIGHT. Great theme that will be nice to find good song match with it. Before that I'd like to tell you how happy I am to be part of the community with global harmony as the mission and the world peace as the vision, Through Music as the tone or sound arranged in such a way that it contains rhythm, song, and harmony. In fact, in whatever condition with music play, we got a chance to spread peace, love, and respect in this complicated world already.

A daily companion to my every step - Comfortable, warm and soft... Socks

Day by day, weekend by weekend and here it is, January is almost over. If I were a normal man (or, to put it simply, an average man), so that I wouldn't buy what I don't need, which you could see in this post, I probably would have joined the @mipiano great topic for January in the #HiveCollectors community much earlier.

Jean and Laura in their prenatal couple session | monomad challenge.

Hello friends happy moche, I hope first of all that you are super well, today I will share with you a pretty cool photo shoot that I liked and was very much to my liking, this is Jean and Laura, mother for the fourth time of which is the protagonist of this photo shoot that was done for her pregnancy, we did the session which was really quite fast and a few days after editing them I gave them to her and she loved them, So much so that when we talked she told me that she couldn't believe that she didn't take pictures by herself and that she had to do it because she wants to keep that as a memory and I would be happy to record it, so we planned a new session for her with her partner, it had to be a little fast because she is about to give birth, I was looking to document something quite simple that we could do without much production I proposed to do these pictures under a lighting scheme with dark tones because she wanted it that way and that's how beautiful she turned out to be. Laura is one of my clients that I very rarely agree with, I get and made out of social networks, the contact was human before the session, I don't know if I explained myself but that's how it was, we met in a place and there we coordinated everything. I love too much in the elimination schemes and what can be achieved with them, from the simple can result in something really beautiful and really fascinates me that. By little production I mean really simple clothes that you can wear to a pregnancy session and look great.

Naturally Sweet Veggies & Diced Tenderloin in Garlic and Wine :p

So nice when you eat something you love ❤️ I really like having lots of vegetables at every meal and even more so when I can have a combination of raw and cooked, and if there's some fruit invloved, much better. How about you?

[ESP|ENG]Laugh-Family-Favorite |Reír-Familia-Favorito /Ladies of Hive Community Contest #221

Here are the questions for this week's quiz and my answers.

When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried or had a tummy ache? What was it about?

It's normal for me to laugh all the time. I can say that I usually laugh until I cry at funny situations, unexpected jokes or funny moments with friends.

Restaurant Review - Billy Goat Tavern - Chicago [EN/PT-BR]

Last December I went to Chicago for a weekend. I took a night flight, and I was coming from a different timezone. I arrived at the hotel at midnight, and I was super hungry. I knew I was going to find some late night food in Chicago, it's a big city and there is always something open somewhere. Like everyone does nowadays, I checked on Google Maps for open restaurants (some people here also like Yelp), and I found the Billy Goat Tavern, it's like a burger joint that has a full bar. There were thousands of reviews with 4.5 stars out of 5, and it was super close to the hotel I was staying, this was a no brainer. So I looked for the directions on the map and started walking towards Michigan Ave, and when I got to the spot on the map, I couldn't find the place. Then I realized that it was underground. Michigan Ave is a multilevel street, where the top is where all the fancy stores and restaurants are, and there is an underground level that looks like a forgotten part of the city, dark and somber. Here is a picture of Michigan Ave that I took during the day showing the stairway down to Billy Goat Tavern.

Plants in My Little Garden: Love Bow

Today I bring you a plant that I have had for a long time, it is a decorative plant very easy to care for, as well as beautiful, and I think many people have one at home. Today I will introduce you to my Chlorophytum comosum, or as I prefer to call it: Love Bow. More than anything, in this post I will share my experience taking care of this beautiful plant and some things I learned on my own, that's what I like the most about this: learning every day. Anyway, here we go!

Review: The Knick | A Dark and Dramatic Journey into 20th Century Medicine [ENG-ESP]

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great... dear Movies and TV Shows community. This time I want to share in a new review with my opinions... this time I'll tell you a little bit about the series: The Knick. Have you ever come across a series that feels so unique and different from the conventional that it leaves you wondering why more people don't talk about it? Well, that's one of the things that happened to me with this series.. from the very first episode I knew I was in for something extremely intense, raw and absolutely captivating, it's set in early 20th century New York.. and the series focuses on the chaotic world of Knickerbocker hospital, where medicine was more an act of trial and error than an exact science.. and every surgical operation felt like a gamble against death
