OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1940th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

HIVE OPEN MIC WEEK #252/ NO WOMAN, NO CRY BY BOB MARLEY/ ACOUSTIC COVER BY SLEEMFIT✨. [ENG-ESP]

Hello Hive open mic community, how's everyone doing?. Welcome to week #252 of our weekly concert. In line with this week's theme "My truth", I'd be performing a classic by Reggae legend Bob Marley called "No woman, No cry". This record was released in the year 1974 and still has significant meaning to date. The title "No woman, No cry" basically means Woman don't cry, the song is about the strength of women(mothers, girls). A strong woman that doesn't depend on man to be significant, something like a backbone. She's really strong like a lion, of course the man is there to help...as the saying goes "for every successful man, there's a good woman" I really agree with this saying and I believe it's true. And we men love our women solid and kind at the same time, we love independent women, we admire their courage and strength. We don't like to see them sad or struggle. This song has been misunderstood a lot to mean something like 'if there is no woman, there's no reason to cry', but it's really far from it. The lyrics of the song are highly personal to Marley as he gives reference to his neighbourhood, his city. In the song, Marley mentions the Government Yards of Trench Town, a public housing project in Kingston where he grew up. The lyrics also include references to cornmeal porridge, a popular breakfast in Jamaica. He pleads with women not to cry, for everything is gonna be alright. He sees the struggles, the pains, the loads the women have to carry and he urges them not to cry. Women are really special and beautiful, they deserve everything nice and good. This is definitely my truth, I strongly believe in this and it's kinda like my reality presently 😉. I do hope you all enjoy 🎧 my cover of this classic, see you soon 🖤.

Everybody to the beach (ESP/ENG)

Hello Hello internet people how are you? Last week I shared with you some memories of when my cousins came to visit from Chile for Christmas and New Year, and I told you that it was a wonderful experience that brought light and happiness because the family was euphoric, the house was filled again with the presence of these two beings so dear to us, but this time I will show you some pictures that one of my cousins just sent me, and it's about the trip that he himself scheduled for the beach, just a few days after the New Year's celebration, he hired a vans van and we all went to the beach, we even took the oldest aunt (my mom's older sister who is behind me in the picture) she had many years without going to the beach, so she had a lot of fun 😊.

Banana and strawberry smoothie

Hallo amazing drink friend, yesterday I received a food parcel from a neighbor who was having a wedding celebration event, coincidentally I was given food, fruit and snacks. I saw a banana and thought about making smoothies. I happened to have strawberries so I combined it with banana and yogurt to make it fresher.

My personal opinion is that people take advantage of bringing people to their accounts thanks to the controversy. What someone can attract with original content is little compared to these accounts that use the content of others. And more it is the physical appearance, such as nails.

A spin on the bikes and quality one on one time

Santa was very good to my eldest son this year and got him an eighteen gear bicycle that he absolutely loves. It was a great upgrade from his BMX and he absolutely loves getting out for a spin on the bike. We live out in tge countryside too, so there's loads of little backroads and byroads to discover and adventure along.

Columbus Bay Beach, Ocho Rios, Jamaica

In all my days on this earth, I've never thought a crab could be frightened to death. A British girl while walking the beach, saw the crab crawling towards her and screamed so loud that the crab jumped and flipped on it's back, ( bufff ). It was unconscious, and that is why I am holding it in the palm of my hand. Poor crabby.

Wednesday Walk Challenge : Ski Bromont, Québec

For this #WednesdayWalk hosted by @tattoodjay, I'm getting back into my winter habit of doing a Wednesday Sky Challenge instead 😀. Last week, I was able to go skiing for only the second time this season. As you'll see in this post, it was a beautiful, slightly chilly day on the slopes at the Bromont ski resort.

The Agency | Miniserie Review [ENG-ESP]

I recently finished watching a miniseries that was available on one of those movie platforms and it was certainly quite a surprise, since from all the comments that this miniseries has received it was not going to do any good, being of the drama genre, which combines a number of genres throughout the miniseries, making the main emphasis on a great love relationship that will be at stake. Also, it is a great opportunity that it is available there, as it is estimated that they can take another part of this miniseries and take all that drama to another level.
