Leadership! Leadership!! Leadership!!!
Does the word "leadership" ring anything to you?
How do u affirm a good leader when you see one?
What are the qualities you expect such person to portray?
A leader is one with the ability and capability to lead persons in every capacity. A leader is one with good intentions for his followers. A leader is one who is ever ready to render selfless service to his followers. A good leader must possess the spirit of honesty, integrity, reliability, trustworthy, and humility. A good leader is one who is God fearing and also has the followers at heart and i know have said that before.
But something bothers me alot when i saw the picture that i will be dropping and i have sat to ponder on this very case and questions like this runs through my mind
What comes to your mind when you see this picture?
Do you think this person deserves to be called a leader?
Is this what a good leader should portray to his fellowers?
Can she be attested for to be a good leader when the needs arise?
The person in this picture is a leader representing Akwa Ibom Teens and i wish to hear everyones opinion about this.
This days i wonder what the people who claim to lead us are portraying. You don't have to be a president before you know that lots of persons are looking upto you and you dont necesarily have to pretend to be who you are not. Persons believed in you before you were voted to the position you are today and they expect more from you. If you are not worthy to hold the mantle of leadership nobody will attest for you.
For you to be were you are today as a leader are your actions and traits and the features of a leader which you show. Most persons believed in you, your capacity and your charisma to lead is one in a million different from others. If you are in a position leading anyone, you are not there to compete but give out your best to your followers.
