Seeing the tittle of this post, It may seem like a mistake or a complicated tittle because the alphabetical setup of the word "NIGERIA" does possess any letter "S" but this cannot dispute the fact that there is a letter "S' that is essential in Nigeria . 
Colour Nigeria
The letter "S" is Nigeria is symbolized by awesome hills,valleys, water falls ,highlands,plains, oil wells,palm oil plantations, awesome festivals monumental structures and a remarkable history. The "S" in Nigeria without any further expressions is the SOUTH SOUTH also called the Niger Delta. 
Niger Delta
This area came to be when Nigeria was divided into six geopolitical regions/Zones under the regime of Ibrahim Babangida. Each zone consist of states with identical cultures ,ethnic similarities and some common history. The aim of creating the regions was to aid in the allocation of resources. The regions are Northeast, Northwest, North central, Southeast,Southwest and South south. The South south is made up of six states,known as Niger Delta states. This states are majorly oil producing,namely there are Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa ,Cross River ,Edo ,Rivers and Delta State ..... 
In my subsequent post I'll deal with the Individual States that gives South South Nigeria , a voice, recognitions and makes the region essential in the growth and development of Nigeria. I hope you learnt something
