The Nigerian stock market closed today in positive terrain as the equity market bounced back to make gains.
The All Share Index (ASI) and Market Capitalization rose by 0.19% closing at 35,464.34 and N12,223.59 billion respectively.
Consequently the ASI YTD performance rose to 31.96% from 31.17% on Tuesday.
N.E.M INSURANCE closed atop the gainers’ table today with a notable 4.76% gain to close the trading session at N1.1 per share.
