Error al instalar node-sass en windows 10

Bien estoy en windows en el CMD

y al tratar de instalar node-sass me sale el error:

Al inspeccionar y buscar por internet infinidad de post en stackoverflow nadie te dice que es lo que esta pasando.

De echo todo te dicen que instales node-gyp el cual depende de buildtools que depende de visual studio y un monton de cosas.

Pero node-sass ya tiene los binarios creados y almacenados en github. Osea que no es necesario compilarlos.
¿ Entonces q pasa?

Al correl con el comando --verbose me di cuenta.

Que github no esta respondiendo rapido! de echo me respondia

ESOCKETTIMEDOUT

Busque en google rapidamente y encontre que agregar al .yarnrc

network-timeout 600000
