By meditating on the colour used, we touch the heart of the human essence. Choose the pastels with which you will colour your mandala with your eyes closed and then read the meaning of the colours.
Coloring the mandalas in red helps to live courageously day by day:
❤️Red, if used in meditation on the mandalas, will cure you of laziness and indolence, if you suffer from them, and help you to direct your life towards the goals you have previously set.
🖤Black is the colour of the West, where the sun sets. A mandala with a lot of black implies the need for a time of reflection, of purification, of "stopping" to observe oneself and to let go of all that weighs down.
🤍White, whose element is air and whose direction is North, represents the ideal mind, the intuitive. In mandalas, leaving space in white symbolises the contact of our mind with the Supreme Spirit and denotes the desire to receive higher ideas or to reach higher and greater levels of understanding of the divine in the human.
💛Yellow, which in the mandalas represents the intellect or spirit, indicates fulfilment, clarity, the wise intelligence of awakening; it is the mark of growth and evolution; it has a serene, gratifying, exciting aspect, and heralds some capacity for insight.
💙Blue represents the spiritual or sublime, that which manifests itself, that which defies all limits, a character in motion towards what one sometimes guesses with the imagination, a dream with open eyes, the feminine (tenderness and generosity), spiritual openness.
💚Green in a mandala represents the earth element, that is, the most open, noble and overflowing aspect of our personality. It indicates the healthy growth of all that sprouts within us, it indicates the natural and obvious, logic, precision, but also the need for personal space.
🧡Orange indicates a period of warmth and satisfaction. Its energy, more moderate than that of red, favours joy. It is the colour of worldly renunciation in favour of high spiritual goals.
💜Violet, with which mandalas indicate the playful and the transcendent finally united in harmony. The life that blossoms with the spiritual, the material in a warm fusion between subject and object, the enchantment of knowing oneself to be a "we" rather than a "me".
🤎Brown is the colour that conveys memories of fertile land and harvests or land ready for new sowing. It represents the cleared field, life opening up to new horizons, the soul discovering itself; brown suggests to us that something of us was already here, where we are now, and that everything that happens has already passed.
