Welcome to the latest episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions! The only sound source used in this one is my Lunetta, though some of it is fed through an analog filter, so it's not quite entirely CMOS. :) There are basically two different channels of Lunetta sounds being fed to the mixer (the filtered one and another one), and each of these is fed to a different stereo out, so they can also be processed separately in Bidule. I'm also using one of my SynthEdit creations (grainfed) to process both of these channels at once. As usual, there's also a fair amount of feedback going on, including several sounds being sent back out to a mixer channel through the Kaoss Pad, and back again.
If this is your first time: Monday Night Noise Sessions are recorded live, using a mix of hardware and software. I lack the bandwidth to do a proper live stream, so the videos are pre-recorded, but no editing is done to the performance.

I like the star-laser beam-sparkle combination on the inset. 😃 It seems a perfect match that goes with the beat.
Your theme is intriguing - Monday night noise. What is behind that theme? Why not Friday or Saturday night noise when people are having time of their own?
Thanks! Sorry for the late reply, btw. :)
The explanation for the Monday night thing is not that exciting I'm afraid: it's one of my days off from my day job. It's a bit like my Sunday actually, and tends to be the best day for me to have time to play with.
Oh I see. Yes, some jobs have different days off. I even know some people who have their days off in the middle of the week. It may sound different but I guess it is a matter of adjustment and accepting the diversity. The only challenge that I gathered were from family folks who want to be with their children on Saturdays or Sundays when the kids are out of school.
Indeed. I'm single, so no such problems here. :)
Singles can live their life, yeah? Disappear today and pop up tomorrow? 😃
For sure! I have no complaints as far as that's concerned. :)
Good going!
I haven't been able to hear any of your tracks nor view your videos. I'm on steemit.com in Safari and esteem on an iPhone. Any suggestions?
I'm afraid I don't know much about Apple devices or esteem. Do other DTube videos work? So far, the "Monday Night Noise Sessions" are only on Steemit, but I have some other stuff on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCibXbCYg-C17SEpSDLYkLXA
There's also stuff on bandcamp:

Thanks for your interest!
Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me on this. I can’t get any videos to play on Dtube. Very strange. I have checked you out on YouTube. Very cool older stuff. I look forward to hearing your more recent material. I suppose I can find that on Bandcamp?
Thanks for the kind words! Sorry I can't be more help with the DTube thing. There is indeed more newer stuff on bandcamp. I'm also currently recording an album that I hope to have done before the end of the year, which will almost certainly be on bandcamp too.
