About Noiz Chain
Two of my favourite emerging technologies are (of course) blockchain, and also artificial intelligence, which seem to be developing in tandem- and often intertwined- with one another. The capabilities of these two technologies combined in any one solution is HUGE and potentially revolutionary. Noiz Chain is attempting to achieve exactly this within the advertising space, with a vision to bring advertising into the new generation of tech, harnessing the benefits thereof to make a more fair, community-focused, secure and efficient network.
Noiz Chain sum themselves up as ‘an ad network that secures and validates data using blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Its community of advertisers, publishers, consumers and social impact organizations is the driving force in NOIZ’s evolution.’
Noiz Chain is therefore intending to build an advertising ecosystem which benefits all parties in the network in a superior way to traditional solutions. Whilst the current advertising networks are crucial solutions for a vast amount on online and offline businesses and individuals, the space in its current form suffers from crippling problems increasingly being felt by the user. Noiz Chain intend to solve, through their innovative use of blockchain and AI, the following problems prevalent in the ad space:
- Ad Fraud: ad fraud in the form of spam bots, which are essentially software which mimic the behaviour of genuine users, in order to inflate or mislead on activity such as ad clicks or website views. This problem is huge and requires an intelligent solution (such as Noize’s AI) to identify and discard spambot activity.
- Consumer data concerns: Consumer data is currently collected and stored by networks without proper consent and is routinely sold to third parties. This creates a negative and uncomfortable experience for many consumers and is not a socially beneficial model.
- Online scams and general mistrust in online content: we members of the crypto community know better than most how prevalent online scams and misleading content are in practise. It’s a huge problem in the current advertising space which affects everyone and these unchecked malicious actors are creating an untrusted user environment, and with good reason. Ads for scams is something which particularly irritates me in our space, and are particularly damaging to the crypto space in terms of mainstream perception.
These are just a few of the many problems Noiz Chain is looking to solve with their next-generation advertising platform. It will be very exciting to see how blockchain and AI technology can and will change the consumer experiences of much of daily life, and interactions with ads are no exception.

Conclusion
Noiz Chain deserves a lot of credit not only for their proposed solution but for their capacity to actually deliver. I particularly appreciate projects which are a pre-established solution looking to improve their platform and enhance their utility through the benefits of blockchain technology: too many projects are fresh concepts with a view to solve a problem which they’ve invented purely to jump on the ‘blockchain’ bandwagon. Noiz Chain is a currently functioning solution, with an MVP, looking to not only utilise the benefits of the blockchain to improve their platform, but also marry that technology with AI in a potentially revolutionary advertising solution.
The advertising space is crying out for modernisation in order to combat the increasingly crippling problems such as ad fraud and a disconnect with the user. Noiz Chain intends to provide a decentralised, community-driven ecosystem which makes the experience more beneficial, secure, and useful for all parties involved. Blockchain and AI are emerging technologies which have huge potential to disrupt the ad space, and if the Noiz Chain can deliver on their vision then there could be a huge impact on the model of the advertising space itself.
