The new Nokia 6 for 2018 is a solid budget smartphone with nice specs upgrade from last year’s Nokia 6 for less than 300 dollars this phone is a nice option for countless of people around the world who a $600-$1000 is completely out of the question. From a solid build to a nice camera the Nokia 6 (2018 Edition) is a very nice option. The spec list for the new Nokia 6 goes as:
5.5 inch, 1080 x 1920 display
Android 8.1 Oreo
Qualcomm snapdragon 630
32/64 GB, plus microSD Support
3/4 GB RAM
16 MP (f/2.0, 27mm), Zeiss optics rear camera
8 MP front camera
3000 mAh Battery
Black/Copper, White/Iron, Blue/Gold
OPERATING OS
The Nokia 6 is running Android 8.1 Oreo and if that’s not nice enough its Android One which means anyone getting this phone is getting that pure Android experience which translates to, no duplicate apps, no custom skins running upon of the OS and timely updates for about 2 years and of course just like the Google Pixel Phones you get to upgrade to the latest Android OS probably before anyone else.
RAM & STORAGE, PROCESSOR:
The Nokia 6 comes with 3 or 4 GB’s of RAM and 32 or 64 GB’s of storage with support for microSD support. Which for basic things it’s an okay option considering the price it’s a very usable option especially paired with that snapdragon 630 its going to run through most Apps and games.
CAMERA:
We have a 16 MP camera at f/2.0 aperture, and for the sack of good partnership HMD still keeps a cool partnership with Zeiss which means nice picture even though the Nokia 6 might to be able to compare to current smartphone camera champs like the galaxy 9, Note 8, IPhone X and definitely not the king of smartphone photography the Google Pixel but for what it is the camera produces nice shot in most environments but don’t let the lighting be so dark. As for the front camera that’s no let down either for what it is.
BATTERY:
Okay, 3000 mAh might not sound too big on paper but the Nokia 6 can last a full day from light to moderate use that’s from game playing, video streaming and social media to web surfing. Plus even if you need to Top-up quickly it charges over USB type-C which is USB 3.0.
In Summary the Nokia 6.1 (2018 Edition) is a perfect phone for it's price and most who are going to get this phone will be most happy with it.
