Hi @overunitydotcom! Ketosis is great for weight loss. Some people are able to lose about a pound a day when following this protocol:

Be mindful about losing weight too fast though, since toxins from poor diets are stored in body fat and released into the bloodstream when that fat is lost. Because of this it may be better to go slow.
