South to the desert

Well after a couple of weeks along the Pecos River I decided to venture away from the water and into the desert to see what kind life is around.

It was amazing the views you cold find. Just by finding higher ground you view was only limited by you eyes.
Along with the spectacular looking plants in their beginning stages of spring you will find the desert has its own unique beauty. .
It's amazing the colors to can find in such a harsh and dry land scape but as usual nature has a way of making it work with grace. .
As usual my two side kicks are around wondering what the fuss is about and why we can't go back to the care and chance tennis balls
