Nootropics are getting a bad rap all over the web, from having nanoparticles to being harmful to the environment. That's a thing, by the way. Supplements use up so much energy manufacturing, that a lot of environmental-vegans have been questioning just how effective the Vegan lifestyle is at limiting the damage to our biomes.
However, nootropics can be increasingly useful in an age that is driven to distraction by the lightest racket. With volleys of information fired at us constantly, keeping focused, calm and effective can be a real struggle. Most people resort to caffeine in the corporate environment, and this increase has shown no signs of slowing down.
Less stimulating substitutes exist, which all your favourite sugary grenade companies from Coca-cola to Monster are in the process of experimenting with. Compounds like l-theanine are becoming workplace staples. Nootropics such as modafinil can increase our wakefulness and productivity. This nootropic is somewhat of a silver bullet for the insomniac. I wanted to research nootropics and found that they are incredibly expensive and ill-understood. Since doing that I created this website which is not affiliated with any company but does its best to inform people on nootropics and their most obvious elements, providing studies and detailed advice on dosage.

For sure they can be useful in this world draining our attentions. Meditation too is also a must before anything else, there's a mastery of the mind, a flow to develop.
