The water in the Oslo fjord often turns clearer in the autumn. I don't know why.
There is a lot of boat traffic during the summer that disturbs the seabed, plantlife etc. During the colder seasons boat traffic is drastically reduced.
That may explain it in Bærum, but not at Drøbak.
