Learning to use Leefilters for photoshooting - part 6

in #norway7 years ago

Finally, I am happy with the result of the Lee filters. This time I felt like everything went as it should and I must say that I am very satisfied with the result.
This picture is taken when me and my wife went on a short trip to day with @Erlendgroseth and his family.
The weather forecast said there should be a small blizzard today and when we came to the lookout point where we made a bonfire it started to snow heavily. So after a couple of houers we went back to the car.

You can't see the snow in the picture because it is taken with a lee big stopper and a hard grad filter. So the shutter time here is 2 minutes and that washes out all the snow. That is also why the water looks so calm.

Hope you liked the picture.

Until next time, stay safe, warm and dry.

Kindest regards

Hi @gyldenhorn
That turned out nice. Have a plan to visit this place at night when the milkyway is visible, With some planning that can turn out to be some interesting material.
Wanna join? :)
Cheers, Erlend

Hi @Erlendgroseth
Yes, I am happy with this one. Maybe I overdid it with to much blue, but I think it got a nice, cold, expression.
I am ready to go back and get some nightspots from this place. Just let me know when :)

What!! You serious, i still can't believe that you took that picture while snow falling.
Its really cool.

Thx a lot @Pijon
It is true that this was taken when it almost was a blizzard :)

Thanks for written about photoshoots. Really i appreciate you 🙂
Many peoples doesn't have any idea of photoshoots but they have an camera and they wrong used it because camera have many function which they are not know properly. That's why they click wrong function and pictures quality have been totally disgusting.
I hope you know what I mean! 🤗

Thx for feedback @Tetas08
You are right that too many just hit the trigger button with out thinking of what they are doing.
In this picture I am using Lee filters so that is why the picture looks like it does.

Oh man, that looks awesome! I need to get myself a DSLR again and start to re-learn taking decent photographs. This is really inspiring! Thanks for sharing :)

Do that @Leanvix and when you do let us know so we can arrange a photo trip here at Steemit :)

Sounds like fun! I better start saving faster :)

Hi @gyldenhorn
We missed your photos
nice catch especially that I like the blue color .
at the next take , takes care of you.

Thx a lot @Agdali
Are going to try to post more regularly in the time to come. It is just that we have had a bit more snowy winter than we are used to here at my place. So, when the spring comes I will be posting a lot of macro photos :)

Great photo.
But I do not know how to work with filters, although I would very much like to learn.

Thank you @Lika0812
Filters kan be a bit trick, but once you manage them you can get some great pictures :)

So much blue, but I like it :)

nice one picture, amazing!!Great article..keep it up

good evening @gyldenhorn
very nice catch, especially the effect of filter.

Wow, how far. Did you take a picture from the mountain?

Very deep blue. You can not see where the sea ends and the sky begins. The Earth is really huge!

Wow!! You serious, i still can't believe that you took that picture while snow falling.
Its really cool.
