This was just to good to not share! This is a slightly modified recipe from the book "Head Strong".
It is sugar free and we have had it for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Tasted great, is easy to make!! The matcha tea bowl is nutrient rich with lots of polyphenols and energy for your brain.
Here is the original recipe:
I added a hint just of turmeric & ginger powder to it along with a little more cinnamon. Just try it as it is or experiment. When you blend it we also put 2 tsp with shredded coconut in the blender for extra texture. Make it a mindfulness exercise to pay attention to the taste, crunchiness and the steady lift in energy when you eat it. You will understand why when you try it;)
