Abhor
The act of deleting the words you just typed right before sending a reply on social media or through text messages and starting all over again.
Picture this: you are casually walking around, minding your own business
when suddenly
your phone starts vibrating. You take your phone out of your pocket. Turns out, you just got a chat message on Facebook/Discord/... So you behave like all decent human beings and you start to type a response, only to realize that those words you just typed... they will have to go. You want to phrase this differently. That's when ABHOR occurs. Right before you press enter, and send this newly crafted digital message into the world, you hesitate, you stop. Your finger is hovering above the enter key. And then ever so slowly, hitting a slightly different key. You delete what you just typed.
"Abhor!!" you scream, "Abhor!!"
You start over. New words. You painstakingly create another response. Yes. This looks better. But then, the hesitation kicks in again. What if he/she/they will interpret this in a bad way? You should definitely redo this. So you delete once more....
