Sometimes blessings come in the most odd forms. I have missed my salty dogs these past few weeks being away in Ontario. So glad we had power and could provide heat and comfort in this deep freeze. No one can survive in this cold without heat. Sad how we rely on our modern day lives to keep us going. Off grid makes more sense each year. I have seen way to many storms over the past 5 years that are becoming more and more destructive. Thank god for our BBQ, wood stove and generator. I love those pictures of our little cove. Always beautiful in summer and winter. Just not sitting on it drinking wine today. lol :)))
