Today, in our new series we celebrate and recognize our physical and spiritual connection to the sun. The words, the "spell casting" says most of it, but it's been confused (let us confuse their language) by different arrangements of letters and obfuscated uses of the sounds. At least in this vlogcast we're reconnecting to Source through sonic communication.
We start with Ivermectin. Since it's Autumn and the dreaded "flu" season is coming, and "influenza" has been linked to C-19 profiteering companies are marketing Ivermectin at what seems to your humble vagabond to be inflated prices.
Today's Rant Cast, sans our (probably retired) intro, is about "Saving for a Rainy Day" and how generations in the US in particular were shifted from savers to debtors. Language drives thought and thought drives behavior.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
