No Virus November
Every day more and more people, some of them medical doctors, are coming to the conclusion that viruses don't exist. It's a paradigm shift that is going to be fought vehemently by those whose livelihoods and wealth depend on there being a constant biological threat to our health.
However, your humble vagabond is just that, a regular guy. Not a medic, not a doctor. Most of us aren't. Which is exactly the point. What are we regular folk supposed to make of this "claim" that viruses don't exist? Why do we get sick? What killed the indigenous populations that encountered the Colonizers? And what about the Black Death? AIDS?
Those questions have been answered to my satisfaction. But the question remains; how are we supposed to live if there are no viruses? If there are no viruses that means there's no contagion? Right?
No Virus November is our opportunity to share a 2-3 year journey from utter disbelief to adoption of this paradigm. If we don't get censored for the title itself, we'll share the story in one of the FMO Saturday Specials. Maybe even tomorrow. Maybe I'll call it The No-Vee journey. If you know, you know.
We hit the gym today too and we finally get to the Fight Club inspired commentary on 21st century masculinity and the rise of the Betas. By the way, if I were raised in the post-911 Neo-American society, I'd probably be a much softer man than I am, and would think nothing of it. And, I'd find and date women who liked kinder gentler men, than say, their fathers.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
