I have been working very hard to keep my body tight and toned. I have done full body workouts to make sure I work my muscles. I’ve watched YouTube videos to help me with my workouts. I have done 30 min full body workout. The next morning I can definitely feel the workout really paid off. I have always been small tiny girl but lifting weights and working out makes me feel motivated to get stronger.
I can see maybe a six pack coming along when I look at the picture closely :) I can see my obliques as well
Gaining confidence showing my arms. I’m still working on them to make them stronger.
My breakfast I mixed my cereal with raisins to change up my diet a bit to eat in the morning. I have not tried raisins before so I wanted to try something different to try.
