There are bigger issues to consider regarding your question:

1. Why isn't this hypothetical small child being supervised on the internet, while clicking on "click to reveal" content?
2. I remember the day I found my dad's Playboy collection. It was boss. I was 12 years old.
3. Little kids masturbate. I'm sorry that's an uncomfortable fact for some adults, but it's not like you started jacking off on your 18th birthday... and if you did, I honestly feel sorry for how repressed your upbringing was.
4. If a kid made it through the sign-up process for Steemit, that kid kinda deserves to see it. lol. You can literally type "porn" into Google and see all types of shit.
5. There are worse things to behold on the internet than a pair of titties.
