Today, Mrs Phine shall guide us through her regular exercise for tighten legs' muscles and some other stuff. Let's get started.

First we slowly do a twist and turn and gently push our exercise equipment in place. Please follow closely as how she does it. Do a little bounce to make sure it is secured and ready for the next step.

(Side note: Even with her experience, she still needs to do this a few times to get it right. Don't rush. You don't want to pull a hamstring or dislocate your ankle. Patient is key.)

Then using the weight of her body, she pushes down until her behind is firmly planted on the equipment. This step is critical and should not be skipped.

Please be aware that due to the strenuous activity, our bodies may dispose more fluids than expected. Having a towel handy is useful to keep the workout gear dry.

Don't forget to take breaks! Breaks are important so that we don't over exert ourselves. Mrs Phine certainly knows when she reaches her limit.

Resume and throw in some back muscle moves. She sure knows what she's doing.

High intensity workout like this tends to produce artificial "high" due to the amount of endorphin released to our brain. Please take care as to not bother your fellow workout friends and render equipment unusable.
