Badami Caves are an outstanding model of Indian Rock-cut architecture. The entire 4 level caves is carved in single rock. The limestone rocks. The pillars, the steps, the idols and every carvings are made in an single rock.
Just for comparison: 300 people can enter cave at a time 😊 yes they are huge
