If you want to upvote and comment then upvote and comment. You shouldn't be feeling guilty about not doing it for whatever reason though. If you are a complete break is probably not a bad idea :D Alternately if you don't want a complete break set aside a time slot (1hr or 2hrs or while you're on lunch break, whatever works) and do what you can in that time slot. Whatever doesn't get looked at will just have to wait longer XD
