Alex, once you work your way up to about 2 tubs a day of sprouts, and juicing vegetables and taking algae -- I've found my self quite full and satiated. It's surprising how much your palate will adapt and you will really crave these foods. The fact is these are real foods -- they have: Hormones, Oxygen, Phytonutrients, and Enzymes all intact. The old nutritional paradigm of foods being carbs, fats or proteins is incomplete and outdated and when you use the technology to see the real-time effects of these foods on the blood stream, it is just no comparison. There is something magical about when you sprout a food, that makes the vitamin and mineral content just sky rocket. For example, sprouted broccoli is about 50x's more powerful than broccoli itself. The sprout version of any food is way more nutrient-dense then it's full grown counterpart.
Two of these sized containers a a day (packed full of sprouts) is a good start, and once you get your sprout production up, juicing the excess is the next step.
