Everyone like to eat tasty. But only some of us try to eat healthy.
A lot of people say that, it’s impossible to eat tasty and healthy in the same time.
I am here to say thats it’s definitely wrong.
I like to eat and I like to eat tasty and healthy, i will be wonder to give you some advices how to eat clear and tasty.
What do a calories mean?
A calories are the element which helps to produce energy. It’s like as a fuel your body need to move, to run and to walk, as car needs gas. Calories don't have anything to do with body repair, regeneration, nutrition or health, and even sustaining life.
One calorie is the amount of energy necessary to rise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1℃. We expend calories even when sitting relaxed.
There are three different macro-nutrients your body requires:
- 1 gram of carbohydrate contains 4 kcal
- 1 gram of protein contains 4 kcal
- 1 gram of fat contains 9 kcal
and….
1 gram of alcohol contains 7 kcal
What does nutrition mean?
Nutrition have an important function, a main element to build blocks of life. Nutrition includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats, water also vitamins and minerals.
