Nutrition and weight management for the whole family

Hello everyone,

I thought I will wright my first little peace about what i find extremely important and I don't think not enough people are aware of how easy it is to get this right.

This is me, well the picture on the left was taken in December 2016 and the one on the right was taken in July 2017, just over 20kg difference between those 2 people. Would say 2 different people as i had to change my mentality and approach to life in general to achieve and keep the health and body I wanted at 31!

The first thing that happened that made me realise was the fact that my daughter started walking and became more alert in general. She was 9 months old and would come over and ask for a bite of whatever I was eating, which most of the time wasn't great. Most of the time I didn't even want to give a bite of what i was eating as it wasn't good for her. This got me thinking, how can she grow up healthy and eating the right stuff if she's watching me eating all the nonsense and damaging my body. Plus I wanted to be able to play and run with her when she's older, ride a bike together, rather then be sitting there on the sidelines while she's playing on her own.

So I've made a decision to get healthier and started reading up on the nutrition and dieting. Now, don't get me wrong, I've tried a few diets, but never really got the results, but even if i would, I would be back to square within couple of months. I've finished a nutrition course and am a certified nutrition adviser and will try and give all I've learned to you guys, let me know what you would like me to write about next in the comments.

Hopefully someone will find this helpful, will write about the main negatives with dieting next time.

See you soon!
