Hi guys,
I'm so happy to hear that so many of you are interested in hearing more from me. I understand it can be a little bit of a learning curve, but understanding how to eat to get to your goal of muscle building or fat burning, is actually just as easy as learning how to ride a bike. It just takes time.
Here I have summed up some simple rules how you can get into the shape you want.

It is of course of about the calories.
? How many calories in - how many out.
You need to eat big to get big, but not fat so don't go overboard. More calories than what is needed is not going to do more for you. In fact being lean helps to build faster.
Never forget the 3 golden rules.
1 How many calories in, in comparison to calorie expenditure?
2 Keep your calories mostly high quality.
3 Take in certain calories at certain times. (See Graphic)
What is exactly a calorie? We where all told that they are bad, but that totally wrong. It is not a thing but the energy your body needs to digest the macronutrients Protien, Carbohydrates and Fats.
Protein = 4 Calories
Carbohydrates = 4 Calories
Fat = 9 Calories
Fat is more dense and your body need more to burn off what it gets
