I've recently started using IF, a combination of the 16:8 and a day or two a week I try the 24 hour fast. I trip some days but just start again the next.

Ya, it's a challenge sometimes. Really depends on the social commitments at the time, for me. I tend to get munchie when I'm visiting or using the grey matter to figure out logic problems or configuration issues... thinking uses up a lot of those damn calories. Keep at it!
