Hello everyone, happy monday! I hope you have rested a lot this long weekend and have the batteries recharged to start the week.
Today I will talk about my goals, and what do I want to achieve ?:
First I want to clarify that I will not kill myself 24/7 doing 5 hours exercise in a gym, neither (as I said in my second post) I will eat only lettuce and water. NO, my plan this week is to go jogging 3 times this week, meditate 10 minutes almost every morning and do yoga at least 1 time (I hope to achieve it hahaha).
Second I LOVE my body as it is, I have belly and cellulite, I do NOT look for the body of a Miss. I seek to tone and create resistance and flexibility in my body.
Third: I am at my ideal weight, if I lose weight at the expense of fats (which is the important thing) or I raise weight at the expense of muscle it would be a PLUS, but I am not mortified by that.
Fourth: my diet will be balanced, 3 main meals and 2 snacks, distributed as I have learned to do as a NUTRITION Student. It is important that if you are going to start a diet you go to Consultation with a Nutritionist to advise you, do NOT look for the one that is fashionable or borrow from the neighbor who lost 20 kilos in a week, the DIETS are PERSONALIZED.
Fifth: hydration is super important, the standard recommendation is the famous 8 glasses of water a day.
the image below is a personal "Before and After", that is more or less the goal I want to achieve, but I have no hurry.
!
Later I will be publishing recipes of my meals, and some of my exercise routines and within a month (May 23) we will see the advances.
Remember the important thing is to create the habit of exercising and take a balanced diet, and not feel pressured to do so, do it because you like it, not because they oblige you.

Good luck, look forward to seeing the out come of your efforts.
I love your mindset, it really seems like you want to change your lifestyle so that it becomes a bit healthier overall. That's so much better than doing crazy amounts of cardio and eating way too little, only because you'd want to lose some weight quickly. I hope you the best of luck with your progress! Little by little you'll achieve your goals! 😊
