When you find yourself in a professional space it ultimately requires you to show up when your services are needed that’s if you find yourself in the technical field or if you find yourself in the administrative side of the story most times you have to put in extra hours to get the job done, Employers would still want you to meet the resumption time the next day with no excuses most times it’s a routine when you work for a project inclined firm, service-aligned firm, customer consumable firm etc.
The advent of the world wide web which is developing rapidly day by day tho it has its disadvantage and also advantages, One of its advantages is the presence of teleconferencing software’s, applications which brought about the term working remotely/remote work which most of us refer to.
My research has proven that most employees now refer to working with their computer whichever part of the world they find themselves other than sitting on their desk and it would increase productivity and efficiency in which not all organizations have embraced this new development sadly, Well for most of us reading this post we find ourselves in the 9 to 5 routine, hardly do we have time to dine and unwind which sometimes affects us socially, weakens communication with our loved ones most times we get too used to the 9 to 5 to the extent we sometimes forget to apply for a Leave or vacation holiday especially if you find yourself working in a third world country.
Even when the Leave is forcefully given by the human resource personnel, we reluctantly take it.
Hey Fam! Why don’t you take off those office shoes and feel the beach sand with your barefoot, have that conversation with that person on your Wishlist, see that movie make that journey possible I bet you at the end of it all you will find out that you have missed a lot for just giving all your time to work. I understand that we are faced with some financially challenges daily but you still need to take a break to see the world, if you can afford to pay for a flight ticket please do, try to make a change of environment so you breathe in fresh air some times the office can be very toxic.
If anybody tells you that you have to have a big budget for this trip that’s not true with the little you can still make a meaningful vacation experience out of it.
So let’s say I finally convinced you with my introduction and you finally concluded that you taking your office shoes off and want to feel the beach sand or catch a movie while if it’s the beach you decide to go to cool off I definitely have a place in mind for you, I will totally opt-out from this thinking Lagos beaches are either over crowed or very dirty, well that’s true but have you tried LIGHTHOUSE BEACH HOUSE?
Lighthouse beach which is located along the Atlantic which cut across Lagos is a serene environment that is suitable for a getaway from the everyday hassle and bustle coupled with the everyday traffic face when commuting to and fro, It is so hidden that you can only make reservations because they don’t patronize overcrowding.
With the African contemporary designs of raffia baskets hung on the walls and the windows which are close to the water so you would feel the ocean breeze as it walks across the surface of the water you can seize but fall in love with the ambience at first sight.
An in-house Spa for you to de-stress because you deserve it, or don’t you? I think you do. From the entrance of the facility you are welcomed by the most amazing stewards and your reservations are taking and the short let room is issued to you.
There are so many sites that are of interest with the facility from the shipwreck to the tall lighthouse building and the long swimming pool and the clean beach sand.
