Could you explain why the featured authors no longer receive the SD rewards?

we believe the bigger votes they get from my delegation and trail and the visibility and support the posts bring to them are more than enough.

and since we've decided to come up with other projects to add to it we will be using the remaining SD to fund that in the future.
