Yes, absolutely. We all have choices, even one we refuse to believe are choices. For instance, not fighting an attacker back is a choice. Someone who didn't fare well can be related to a sum of decisions made by or for them. I know a lady bound to a wheelchair who uses a computer to speak. She has extremely limited motor skills in her arms and none in her fingers. She types on a machine to speak for her. She wrote a book. I'll have to find the name again... but she wrote a book! We all make choices. Some to be a victor, others to be a victim...
