Exactly! Feeling bad sometimes is okay. I learned I don't have to push those feeling away. Sometimes it's important to live through it and just let it be.

I believe everything in our lives are meant to teach us something about the world or ourselves. You just need to have to self-awareness to see it.

Burn out is such an important topic in my life recently. I've been working so hard on my business and I've learned so much. But another important thing I learned is how to rest and recharge. So valuable for every aspect of life.

Thank you so much for the insightful comment. I really do love talking about mental health. I'm a copywriter and marketing consultant, but my background is in psychology so it's always something I enjoy discussing.
