Have no reason not to believe you nor the charity but we're not going to remove votes on profitable bid bot votes cause that would be unfair to everyone else.

@nosdos you probably have to stop buying votes..

This post spreading misinformation and dumb shit like "lol they self-voted their own post 100%" when it clearly says in the post who the rewards will go to and the next one has beneficiaries up doesn't make me want to give this person a second thought.

c'mon acid.

you selfvote for a good result and building.

and nosdos bought some votes (not even much or too much) for charity.

kinda seems like 2 good use cases for me. why fight against each other?
nosdos is reacting like that cuz they already had some big trouble with steemcleaners who also demanded way too much..

People come here for freedom and cuz a new freedom giving technology and then are forced to doxx themselves..
We really have some bigger problems/ leeches on this platform.

We do and that's the ones we're trying to fight off since 95%+ of all bid bot votes land on exactly those. Sorry but you can't expect us to dig deep into each downvote, who bought it for who, which one is a legitimate charity and not when it doesn't even really matter cause a profitable bid is profitable and unsustainable and if we don't downvote it then we're back to all bid bots selling votes, giving delegators higher ROI than curators and overall curation decreasing again. We're already trying to let people know why the downvotes are coming in the first place and having to daily explain ourselves on the chain and in dms cause they either can't be bothered to understand why or just don't want to, hence I resteemed this cause at this point I'm too tired to do more explaining when this user reacts like this and is oblivious to any reasoning:

on the other hand props to everyone who responded in an understanding and supportive manner to the downvotes and the EIP. Rather spend more time on those users than these.

oh you poor guy, rescuing steem with downvotes lol

when i use a bidbot to give someone a higher reward, because my VP is too small to pay a good article a fair amount of money whats bad?

but you are a hero, when flagging every post who has a bidbot upvote "and giving the mony back to the reward pool for the amazing articles of other people"

Sorry but you can't expect us to dig deep into each downvote, who bought it for who,

thats exactly why your strategy is shit, you can not generalize every bidbot upvote as "bad and destructable" for steem.

ps: i dont see ocd curating great newcomer articles, to me its seems more like ocd is curating who ingratiate you😂

why do you show this screenshot? you can not downvote other people and expecting them to do nothing. When you downvote others you have to live with getting downvoted.

you are police of steem right?😂

^^ my problem is I can understand both sides
I tried my best, have a nice evening :)

"You probably have to stop buying votes.."

This is not going to happen.

Fun fact at the end, this account never bought an upvote...

Where is the problem then?

4USD is a lot regarding current prices. Maybe you should power these steem up instead of selling them.
At current prices it's not worth to sell steem. Also the SP would help your account and you could power it down when prices are higher again.

The next altseason is already coming. :)
