OCD DAILY - Issue #208
Welcome to the 208th issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #208 highlights content from ten (10) Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steemit to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators found you ten new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are provided by newer Steemit users, that may not have the audience which their quality content deserves. @OCD strives to help provide that audience, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are placed into the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and to show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
For out top nomination we have a post by @raj808 where he tells us all about his life journey as a traveler and how and why he managed to be where he is right now. Found by @anomadsoul, part of one of the @sndbox quests, this is a post you don´t want to miss.
Have you heard about the LIP SYNC Battle League? They are already in their fourth episode! If you are into music, singing or just admiring some amazing features by great Steemians, you should really check it out. This time OCD is featuring @joshuaetim´s Lip sync episode 4 discovered by @futurethinker.
Dedication is a very important factor when you are homesteading. @kokibyivana knows this and she started gardening with her family in 2015. On this post found by @cabelindsay she shows us how the year 2015 went by in a very nice photo album that goes from plants, little insects and some fruits and vegetables in shot.
Video Games and their influence in today´s society has been a subject that has been addresed a lot of times with some arguments against and some others in favor. Personally, I concur with @endorphoenix about the positive aspects that video games play in our lives. This thorough post with a lot of plausible arguments was found by @jznsamuel.
Our foodie curator @elteamgordo also blogs about food (no surprise there) and I believe he has found his match here. This food/travel post by @straightupeats is one of the best written I´ve seen, especially because of the thoroughness of the explanations and the photographies that are included in this gem of a post... if you click on the link, prepare to get hungry!
Can you imagine having the discipline to upload one drawing per day? I can´t even post every day, so @jorenyu, you have earned my respect! On this 13th day of posting a drawing every day, a Slothicorn-village-related is featured... You ask what a Slothicorn or a blue village is? Well, you´ll have to click on the link below to find out! After you find out, go thank @ashleaykalila for finding this amazing art piece.
What? A comic Book being developed here on Steemit? Really? Yes, you heard right, @jrej is uploading one page at a time (or chapter) and showing us his progress as he develops this story curated by @m31. What are you waiting comic-book fan? Go read it!
One thing I love about Steemit is that you can find turtorials or DIY´s about pretty much anything. Have you ever wondered (or maybe you are just curious) about how a brick is hand made? Well, wonder no more because @arnoldmark brings us a post curated by @gniksivart where the author explains step by step (and shows us the process with photos) this craft.
Have you ever heard of the legend of the Sasquatch? Well, @silentdiscourse will show you that it is not a legend, but something you can actually find in the wild! Yes, you heard it right. The sasqueatch can be tracked and traced, but you have to read this post discovered by @mk40 to find out how. Be prepared to start believing in wild legends again.
I find it very interesting to have science post being featured in ocd, especially because I am a newbie regarding this topic and Steemians tend to write science posts very easily to understand and to grasp for the normal dudes. I had never heard about cryogenics and perhaps neither did you, but now we can both say that thanks to @@@temitayo-pelumi´s post, we now know a bit about the Science of extreme low temperature. Thanks @jeanpi1908 for finding educational posts like this one!
We hope you were able to take away something different, fresh, and new from these content posts, as provided by the @ocd curators.
