OCD DAILY - Issue #319
Welcome to the 319th issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #319 highlights content from ten (10)
Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators found ten (10)
new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.
The @OCD nomination process
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
If you enjoyed their work, give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!
All of the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by our curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
Our top nomination of the day is from @manoldonchev
Manol is an awesome photographer and a great human being. All the projects he has done so far are astonishing. However in this post we have the same scenery and passage of time - same place, five years period - few photos for every year - it shows us merciless of time - and our struggle(fight) with it.

Our next nomination of the day is from @thebigsweed
This is a post about spending a great day out with your family doing some thing that you have loved for your whole life. @thebigsweed has been an NY Yankees fan all his life, and recently he went to the new Yankees Stadium for the first time. The last time he went to see the Yankees play was with his son in 2009, and now ten years later he went with his son, daughter in law and beautiful baby grand daughter. This was a great family day out, not only to watch the game, but also to walk around the stadium to see the Yankees all time great and best, and buy some outrageously expensive beer as a memorabilia. Life doesn't get better than this!

Our next nomination of the day is from @fun2learn
@fun2learn is a teacher and a mother with a powerful lesson for us all about educating our sons on how to handle unwanted affection from others. We usually think of girls being sexually abused, but it isn't limited at all.

@mafufuma started to do lightpaint photography with her kids! The post includes a first result of her 5 year old kid, and I must say it's already pretty impressive. Can't imagine what will happen with some more practice! She's using special software with which you can plan the outcome of the lightpainting, which will definitely make this exciting process a bit easier.

Our next nomination of the day is from @giobarco
History is something of amazing, because it gives us all the information about our present: we are who the others were.
A lot of people changed the world with their ideas about freedom, equity and life, but sometimes there are people who had a great role in the History, but they are forgotten between the papers of the books.
This is what happened to Sophia Scholl: she lived before the WWII in Germany and she was a victim of Nazism. She fought it and founded the White Rose against Hitler and his regime.
Her story is an amazing demostration of patriotism.

Our next nomination of the day is from @ctdots
Beautifully narrated, @ctdots brings us a gorgeous post that covers a hiking trip to Batumi Hill Cross near Gonio Town, Georgia. Each photograph is a delight to the eyes, with beautiful composition and colours. The narration provides a personable and insightful write up to the town's cultural and religious heritage, as well.
