OCD DAILY - Issue #335

Welcome to the 335th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #335 highlights content from ten (10) Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.

Today our curators found ten (10) new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.

The @OCD nomination process

A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work, give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!

All of the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by our curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

Our top nomination of the day is from @yangyanje

@yangyanje brought us today an original illustration for his original story, titled "The Story of Rane" and it depicts the main hero of the story, a boy named Sadhaka, who is summoning the spirits of a Dragon and a Tiger with his martial art discipline. The process of creating this painting is included with the post, and the result is a colourful and exciting artwork that entices the audience to find out more about the story! Check out the post to read more : )

Our next nomination of the day is from @hugothepoet

Want to hear some words you have NEVER heard together before? "Sci-Fi Rap Space Opera". That is the idea of author @hugothepoet. He is an immensely creative person. He has been away from Steem dealing with real life things, and also producing these episodes. He just got a Dtube issue figured out and is now ready to start sharing this "Rap Opera" with us. While this was originally posted on YouTube in February the idea is so fresh and new, especially here on Steem.

He actually crowdfunded the production costs for this and the three episodes that will follow. With the production value of the videos, it was money well spent, for sure.

Our next nomination of the day is from @miroslavrc

Miroslav is one of the most persistent author I have in my feed and yet massively underrated and underrewarded for his photography content he puts out on the chain every day. In this awesome post you can check out his live show performance photography. He successfully captured colourful setup, emotion, dynamics and ambient - once again even tho it was weekend his work is awesome!

Our next nomination of the day is from @thinkit

Most of the time I just don’t get motorcyclists, but after reading the next post from @thinkit I have the urge to try it. I might feel safer in a car, but you can’t do that roads in any car and walking would take a long time. So a motorcycle is the perfect tool to sneak into another country and make some friends.

Our next nomination of the day is from @timezonejunkies

Alex and Malin are English/Swedish hitchhiking couple who are absolutely addicted to traveling and been doing so together for over 8 years. Here they share with us their last adventures from China before heading to Kyrgyzstan next. Their last China destination is Kashgar where they are staying at a hostel and are happy to meet other travelers there and exchange their experiences. What’s special about Kashgar? Uyghur Livestock Market where the traditions have not changed much for hundreds of years and luckily it is not controlled by the police forces. Wonderful photography and vlog capturing authenticity and culture!

@safenech2525 SPOILERS! writes a great introduction to the game of thrones lore and story line pre tv show and books as well as takes an in depth look at some of the characters and ending and how all that relates back to choices made pre books. An interesting take on the ending of the show and great article.

Take a look at this post from @weitblicker and the following #wednesdayquickie posts about the topic "nature" if you wanna escape from the digital world to the roots of nature for at least a few minutes. And if you like, why not take part in the #wednesdayquickie yourself?
