Some people must not understand why nature lovers are so fond of hiking in their spare time. Even in the midst of busy time, they can still find time to climb mountains. What are they really looking for?

Many people think that climbing a mountain is to conquer the top of the mountain, but actually going up a mountain is a journey to conquer a human being himself. The hike to the top of the mountain is a push to get out of your comfort zone. Climbers must leave comfortable homes and fight difficulties on the way, to the point of climbing to tiring and often troublesome peaks.

Climbing a mountain requires a strong mental and will, good physical condition, and careful preparation. If you cannot meet these three requirements, you can be sure that you will not reach the top. A climber must be able to defeat the ego in order to maximize all his abilities to get to the top of the mountain.
Mountain climbers say they find peace and tranquility when they are on the mountain and at the top of the mountain. On the way, they usually don't feel tired, they are even very excited and enjoy the trip.

Not only calms the heart and refreshes the mind, it turns out that climbing mountains has other benefits. As quoted from the Huffington Post, here are the benefits of mountain climbing which can actually make you happier and healthier.

1. Creative
Research shows that spending time outside increases sensitivity and creativity levels by as much as 50 percent in problem solving. The study authors also pointed out that spending time in nature can distance a person from the harms of technology.

"This is a way of showing that interacting with nature has the advantage of enhancing creativity in problem solving," said co-author of the study, David Strayer.

It is the lack of interaction with technology and more focus on interacting with nature and fresh air that contributes to this increase in creativity.

2. Healthy
One hour of trekking turns out to burn more than 500 calories. However, this is uncertain, depending on the steepness of the incline and the weight of the weight you carry in your backpack. Hiking is a great way to get into serious exercise without putting too much stress on your joints.

Hiking can also reduce weight effectively. Not only does it burn calories, being at high altitude has also been shown to help you lose weight.

Walking regularly also works to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Doing cardio by climbing a mountain has been sh
own to lower blood pressure by four to ten points, reducing the risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke for those at high risk for the disease.

3. Can heal
Several studies have shown that the physical benefits of hiking can improve heart health, and may even help cancer patients recover. In a study published in the International Journal of Sports Medicine, researchers measured oxidative stress, which is thought to play a role in cancer development and recurrence, the rates of women with breast cancer and men with prostate cancer before and after hiking.

The study found that long trekking distances can increase antioxidant capacity, which helps fight disease, in the blood of oncology patients. Another study shows that breast cancer sufferers who exercise regularly, especially hiking, believe that physical activity can aid their recovery from cancer treatment.

Research shows that hiking can be an adjunct therapy and helps people who are severely depressed who are accompanied by feelings of hopelessness. For those who do not suffer from depression, climbing mountains can also help improve mental conditions.

"Being in nature, away from the business of our daily lives and technology, can allow people to relate to themselves and nature in a way that brings peace and a sense of well-being," said REI Outdoor Programs and Outreach New England Market Manager, Leigh Jackson. - Agent, says The Huffington Post.!

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, keychain and Peaklock,
  3. The owner password is only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your passwords; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. Do Not open any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.
