It seems to be a bit of a "steemit is not steem" thing here too where people think ocdb is ocd or that the activity of ocd is gone.
I think you are right about this but I also think that while people like getting ocd support, they don't necessarily follow the project itself.
The coming 6 months is going to tell a lot about where the platform is headed and I think that for those who have taken advantage of ocdb, they will be in a bit of a better position when the time comes.
