If the ocean isn't near you, you can still connect to the ocean. It's as important as the air we breathe!
Our planet is water, and we are water. Take a moment to look at all that blue on the globe.
We require water and so does our planet.
Water also provides us with oxygen, via phytoplankton that live on the ocean's surface (over 50% of the air we breathe!)

Most of us on the coast don't have ocean front homes or boats but we can still connect by sharing, communicating and reminding each other to go outside, look up, look around, observe our local nature and hopefully this will awaken our attachment to our planet, which is the ocean, fueled by the sunshine.

Sea animals are so beautiful
I miss the ocean. I grew up in Florida, but spent most summers in the mountains of North-West Pennsylvania. Looking back, I was blessed to have both worlds available to me. As an adult, I have been landlocked for nearly 20 years without the means to visit the ocean water more than 2 times since moving to SW PA and that was back in 2003/2004. It DOES absolutely heal you, the salt, the sounds, the smell, the creatures. Thanks for the reminder to revisit it even if only through sounds and pictures.
@marciaurila I'm here for you to work with if you want to do some research or posts re: ocean, just let me know. Thanks for your comment!
Thanks!
