I Hope You All Have Had a Nice Monday
Today was the best Monday I have had in forever!!
The Swans have been gathering right by the dock every evening now. They do it every year. They seem to have their heads underwater more than above water, eating away at the seaweed. Just like bears and squirrels, the swans must be trying to fatten up in preparation for winter. I have had the tendency to do the same before, but not this year!

This old hydrant could use a fresh coat of paint. He is kind of like me, old and weathered, but still hanging in there!

Oh, I wanted to be different, but, then I always loved the cool kids. so I can also say that I loved the mesh table, except, I really did like it! You do mono so well and I wanted to know if I could ask you what you use for your editing?
I really love the vibrancy of color, but, there is no denying that it takes an awesome photo to stand up to the black and white.

I have Photoshop, but didnt use it on any of these. Because of the way they work their license, you can only have it on 2 computers, and I work off of more than that... So these were done on GIMP which is free, open source and very good.

The abstract was a dried flower that I used "Threshold" on Gimp to edit. I like that effect sometimes.

It's neat you can expect the swans each year. They are pretty birds. I know my cats are looking pretty beefed up from eating all the time for winter. I can always tell when the seasons are changing just by their eating habits.
Im trying hard to fight beefing up myself this year!

That is a nice selection of images, for sure! I like all of them. But when I scroll up and down really fast, that wire table sure does odd things! I could almost get car sick, lol. I like the geometry of the buildings -- very artistic. Have a great autumn!
Strange autumn so far. Leaves turning, dry and very hot. Near 90 everyday now for a week so far...

The diet is going well. I am really feeling good. I think the 2 hour walks help as well. Feel younger and better by the day!
That's great news. Walking is the best exercise ever. You can pace yourself easily. I lost a load of weight years ago by just walking. Maybe I'll get moving too?

I did go for a walk around the garden centre today. The weather was lovely.
It has been amazing out! The weather forgot that autumn is here! It was actually hot today!
